Whether new to exercise or a well conditioned athlete looking to maximize performance and ability, Lauren Ibarra Fitness Training is built to create success. Training emphasizes on improving muscular imbalances, gaining strength and endurance, proprioception and stabilization, cardiovascular conditioning, and power.
Training sessions are held in small groups of 4-8 individuals all performing the same routine at different intensities, varying based on a person's abilities. Strength and conditioning exercises are combined into a 35 minute session, utilizing TRX Suspension Straps, kettle bells, dumbbells, battle ropes, slam balls, medicine balls, BOSU balls, sandbags, Airdyne bikes, and Concept 2 Rowers.
